Red, White, and Blue Fruit Smoothie


I tripled this recipe and used frozen bananas and my strawberries and blueberries were also frozen which meant I didn’t need the ice. This was good, I liked the double dose of vanilla but I think it needs more berries.

  • A half large banana, cut into pieces and frozen
  • Two large fresh strawberries, rinsed and sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • A half cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
  • 2 ice cubes


Step 1
