Quail Egg Roast

Ingredients
- Boiled Quail Eggs-10 to 12
- Onion-2 large
- Tomato-1 big
- Ginger chopped-1 tbsp
- Garlic chopped -1 tbdp
- Green chilly -1
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder-1 tbsp
- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Coconut oil-2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves-2 spring
Method
Step 1
Heat coconut oil, in a pan and add cumin seeds; splutter it.
Step 2
Add chopped onions; Sauté until, golden brown in color.
Step 3
Add chopped ginger, garlic and slit green chillies.
Step 4
Mix well for a minute in medium flame.
Step 5
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder; mix well.
Step 6
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté for a minute.
Step 7
Add half cup of hot water and curry leaves in to it.
Step 8
Slow cook it until the masala and water forms thick gravy.
Step 9
Make small narrow slits on the boiled eggs and add it in to the masala.
Step 10
Cook for another 5 minutes until the masala is well coated with eggs.
Step 11
Serve hot with the choice of your breakfast.
