Yummy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie, I’ve used frozen chunked bananas so that I couldn’t have to use ice but anyone can add it. I also used lactose-free milk and added a teaspoon of vanilla. The grownups would not drink this but we really wouldn’t have needed to. The two kids drank all four servings between them. My youngest boy gave me two thumbs up.

Ingredients
- A bananas which need to be broken into chunks
- A cups of milk
- A 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoons honey, or to taste
- 1 cups ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Just add all bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes in a blender. Ok?
Step 2
Now blend them until smooth. I think it's will take about 30 seconds.
