Groovy Green Smoothie was good but a little too much like Spinach. A friend gave me a variation: 1 cup carrot 2 cups raw spinach, 2 apples peeled and cored, 1 cup OJ, 2 bananas, and 2 cups of strawberries. Tastes much better than it looks!!

Ingredients
- 1 banana, cut in chunks
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 (6 ounce) tub vanilla yogurt
- ½ apple, cored and chopped
- 1 ½ cups fresh spinach leaves
Method
Step 1
Place the banana, grapes, yogurt, apple, and spinach into a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides. Pour into glasses and serve.
