Groovie! This is your basic smoothie, but sometimes simple is delicious! I had fresh strawberries that I froze and used fat-free yogurt and skim milk. I used less milk to keep it a little thicker. I chilled my glass and enjoyed this very much!
- Two small bananas which need to be broken into chunks
- A cup of frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 (8 ounce) container vanilla low-fat yogurt
- ¾ cup milk
In a blender, combine bananas, frozen strawberries, yogurt and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
