Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 beet, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Layer 2:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Method
Step 1
Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into the blender.
Step 2
Clean and chop 1 beet and add to blender.
Step 3
Add 1 frozen banana and 1/2 cup frozen raspberries.
Step 4
Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and blend.
Step 5
Pour into glass.
Step 6
Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into your blender.
Step 7
Add 1 frozen banana.
Step 8
Scoop 1 cup of frozen pineapple and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries and add to your smoothie creation.
Step 9
Add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds and blend.
Step 10
Pour into glass over the first layer and blend together.
