A basic tasty thick and Creamy avocado smoothie for breakfast in the morning! This Avocado Shake so much perfect. It brings me back the memories of having them back home in my childhood. It’s a little thicker than what I’m used to, but the ingredients are exact and the flavor is just right!

For this shake, we can use any kind of Avocado, Frozen or fresh avocado no worries both of them will work the same. If you wanna add some other fruits like strawberries, bananas, apples, cucumbers then go ahead. You can add them for better taste. Not only this, you can add a spoonful of cocoa powder to make it a chocolate avocado smoothie. 

Now what things can make this Creamy Avocado Shake an awesome smoothie for you. A ripe soft avocado can give you a taste that will blow your mind. Which you will not get from an avocado that’s hard as a rock. So use a soft one.

  • A cup of milk
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, plus more to taste
  • 2 ripe Hass avocados, pitted


Step 1

First Peel the avocado and discard the pit

Step 2

Blend the milk, sweetened condensed milk, and ice in a blender until very smooth.

Step 3

Now, add the avocado flesh and blend again until smooth.

Step 4

Now taste and you can add more sweetened condensed milk if you want it sweeter.

Step 5
