Berries are something which no one will say no to and talking of cranberries. They are extremely healthy and beneficial to your health. Cranberries are rich in vitamin c and fiber, calcium, iron, potassium, vitamin k and many other make it really useful to your body. Apart from that, cranberries taste really good and can be used to make a perfect smoothie. Cranberry smoothies can be made in different ways.
- Cranberry- Apple Smoothie.
- Cranberry- Grape Smoothie.
- Cranberry- Strawberry Smoothie.
- Cranberry- banana Smoothie.
- Cranberry- Raspberry Green Smoothie.
You can make any smoothie depending on your taste.
Ingredients
- Almond Milk- 1 cup.
- Mixed berries- half cup.
- Fresh Cranberries- half cup.
- Fruit of your choice:
- You can use either of the fruits. • 1 apple. • 1 cup of grapes. • 4 frozen strawberries with one banana and orange, both peeled. • 1 banana. • 1 cup of raspberries.
Hence, blend any of the above fruits along with the above-mentioned ingredients to make your smoothie.
Method
Step 1
Take the almond milk in a bowl, and add to it the fruit of your choice, some mixed berries.
Step 2
Add the half cup of cranberries to this mixture.
Step 3
Put the whole mixture in a blender and blend it well till it becomes smooth.
Step 4
After you get the smoothie texture, you can mix some ice with the smoothie to chill it instantly.
Step 5
The other thing you can do is refrigerate it for at least an hour to get a chilled glass of cranberry smoothie.
The preparation time of the smoothie is 1 hour and 10 minutes. You need to prepare the whole thing in ten minutes and then refrigerate it to chill for 1 hour before consuming it.
