Who has started liking breakfast with smoothies? What smoothies do you usually have?
- 200 g fresh strawberries, cut, freeze
- Cavendish banana, sliced, frozen
- 200 ml plain yogurt
- 100 ml soy milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp instant oats
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp honey
- Ice cubes as needed
Topping: Whole frozen strawberries
Sliced frozen strawberries
Large diameter paper/stainless straws
Cut the strawberries and bananas. Arrange in a container, arranging for easy removal when frozen. Store in the freezer at least overnight until frozen.
Put the frozen strawberry and banana slices along with all the other ingredients into the blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve immediately, perfect for breakfast.
