Breakfast Banana Green Smoothie
I love this Breakfast Banana Green Smoothie. You cannot taste the spinach or carrots. When making for kids I put in frozen cherries to make it red.
Ingredients
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves, or to taste
- 2 banana
- 2 carrot, peeled and cut into large chunks
- cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt, or to taste
- ice as you want
- 4 tablespoons honey
Method
Step 1
Combine all banana, carrot, spinach, yogurt, ice, and honey in a blender
Step 2
Now you have to blend them until smooth.
