Breakfast Banana Green Smoothie

I love this Breakfast Banana Green Smoothie. You cannot taste the spinach or carrots. When making for kids I put in frozen cherries to make it red.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves, or to taste
  • 2 banana
  • 2 carrot, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt, or to taste
  • ice as you want
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Method

Step 1

Combine all banana, carrot, spinach, yogurt, ice, and honey in a blender

Step 2

Now you have to blend them until smooth.
