Ingredients

  • A medium apple, which need to be peeled and cored
  • 1 tbsp. nut butter
  • ¼ cup of Rolled Oats
  • ¼ tsp of Cinnamon
  • Half Cup Oat Milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • Ice

Method

Step 1

First, slice your apple to make it friendly for the blender. You might want to remove the skin, but that's up to you.

Step 2

Now Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
