Hi everyone!
After a long time Or may be not 😛 we have come with a new Smoothie which is called 1000 Calorie Smoothie. The name is called 1000 Calorie Smoothie. So, without wasting any time let’s start making this smoothie.
Ingredients
- Oats: 1 cup
- Protein powder (vanilla): 2 scoops
- Banana: 2
- Raspberries (frozen): ½ cup
- Cranberries (frozen): ½ cup
- Blueberries (frozen): ½ cup
- Whole milk: 1 cup
Method
Step 1
First, need to Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Step 2
Now start with the bananas and frozen fruit, then the protein powder and oats and finally the whole milk.
Step 3
And Enjoy this 1000 Calorie Smoothie Shake!
