Kale Sunrise Green Smoothie
The green smoothies are beauty thing for me. I feel affection for eating my greens, but I also love opening my day by sipping them in a cold green smoothie. As I don’t like Kale in Smoothies, but here I have found this extra dark green laminate kale tastes pretty good to me hope for you guys also. As many people don’t like kale or don’t have any on hand, they can exchange it for some chard or spinach. I used clean fruit, but frozen is fine too. So, let’s go for all ingredients and will be directions.
Ingredients for Kale Sunrise Green Smoothie:
- Eight medium kale leaves
- A large ripe pear
- A medium ripe banana
- A cup pineapple chunks
- A cup of ice also needed.
- A cup of pineapple chunks.
- An orange which will be peeled and any seeds removed
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
Directions for Kale Sunrise Green Smoothie:
- At First, add all ingredients to blender.
- Now blend them until it smooth.
- Then Enjoy!
