Does anyone have a really easy yet tasty chicken fajita recipe?

CHICKEN FAJITAS 2 medium onions Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Place in a frying pan with a generous amount of white wine and simmer (unlike oil, the wine will evaporate, so you may need to add more as the chicken cooks to avoid burning). As the meat starts to flip white, add the vegetables, cut into rough slices. fry until the vegetables are soft. Add the Fajita seasoning package with water as directed (but don’t use the oil the package recommends). Add the tomatoes, cut into small pieces and cook until heated. Make your own with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, cheese, etc. Serves 4. OR Preheat grill. combine coriander, garlic and thyme in a small bowl to create a paste. Coat strips of chicken or beef with paste and prick skin with fork. marinade for fifteen to twenty minutes then grill to your feeling. OR CHICKEN FAJITAS Prepare marinade mixture as directed except substitute the oil and vinegar instead of water. Clean and trim the meat and place in marinade. Marinate at least 4 hours. Or BEEF OR CHICKEN FAJITAS 1 1/2 lbs. beef or chicken Heat oil and water in skillet, add garlic. Add beef or chicken, saute until cooked through. Add onions, bell pepper and sauces. Cook until tender, concerning fifteen to twenty minutes. To warm tortillas, put in skillet without oil. Heat on every aspect ten to fifteen seconds. Makes four to six servings. JM Boil however much chicken you want until it’s done (it’ll fall off the bone easily – usually takes about an hour). Put a thin layer of broth on the bottom of a skillet and add the chopped up green bell peppers. Heat it to medium-high. When they’re a little brownish, they’re done. Lightly sprinkle the chicken with seasoned salt and then put it in with the peppers and the broth. Put in a little more broth if it’s all boiled away. Add the fajita seasoning. Usually it’s pretty peppery so be careful; it can go from not enough to too much pretty quick. Once it’s all heated it’s done. You may have to check the seasonings a few times and adjust the flavor. You can also use yellow onions if you like. boneless malformation Cut malformation into strips. Simmer strips in water or broth until just about done.
