Ingredients are bellow:
1.Two handfuls of baby spinach
2.Five medium strawberries
3. Three frozen banana
About a cup of unsweetened almond milk (more or less depending on how creamy you want it)
You cannot even taste the spinach at all, you just taste the fruit! It’s amazing! You can also throw in some protein powder and use the smoothie as a meal replacement or a post workout shake
