Does anyone have a really easy yet tasty chicken fajita recipe?

CHICKEN FAJITAS

2 medium onions
Cheap white wine
1 or 2 bell peppers
Lawry’s Fajita seasoning
2 tomatoes
1 pkg. flour tortillas (larger size)
1/2 lb. chicken breast, boned and skinned

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Place in a frying pan with a generous amount of white wine and simmer (unlike oil, the wine will evaporate, so you may need to add more as the chicken cooks to avoid burning). As the meat starts to flip white, add the vegetables, cut into rough slices. fry until the vegetables are soft. Add the Fajita seasoning package with water as directed (but don’t use the oil the package recommends). Add the tomatoes, cut into small pieces and cook until heated. Make your own with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, cheese, etc. Serves 4.

OR
CHICKEN OR BEEF FAJITAS
4 lbs. chicken or beef
1 tbsp. ground coriander
3 tbsp. minced fresh thyme or 2 tbsp. dried thyme
3 garlic cloves, minced

Preheat grill. combine coriander, garlic and thyme in a small bowl to create a paste. Coat strips of chicken or beef with paste and prick skin with fork. marinade for fifteen to twenty minutes then grill to your feeling.
To make fajitas use flour tortilla and roll with sauteed onions, peppers, chicken or beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese.

OR

CHICKEN FAJITAS
Pkg. lg. flour tortillas
1 pkg. El Rio fajita marinade
2 oz. vegetable oil
3-4 lg. onions, sliced
2 oz. red wine vinegar
Boneless chicken cutlets or flank steak
2 inexperienced peppers, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced

Prepare marinade mixture as directed except substitute the oil and vinegar instead of water. Clean and trim the meat and place in marinade. Marinate at least 4 hours.
In a large skillet, saute sliced onions and peppers until soft. Grill the chicken or flank steak on the barbecue; slice thin. Place flour tortilla in microwave for about 10 seconds for each one to warm. Then place the chicken or cut with the peppers and onions on the battercake and fold over to serve. You will serve bitter cream, shredded cheese, salsa, and/or guacamole on the side.

Or

BEEF OR CHICKEN FAJITAS

1 1/2 lbs. beef or chicken
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. water
2 med. onions
1 green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat oil and water in skillet, add garlic. Add beef or chicken, saute until cooked through. Add onions, bell pepper and sauces. Cook until tender, concerning fifteen to twenty minutes.
Spread spoonful of fajita mixture in middle of tortilla. Top with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and salsa. Roll and serve.

To warm tortillas, put in skillet without oil. Heat on every aspect ten to fifteen seconds. Makes four to six servings.

You’ll need some broth from the chicken, the chicken sliced up, a inexperienced bell pepper, seasoned salt (McCormick is best) and fajita seasoning.

Boil however much chicken you want until it’s done (it’ll fall off the bone easily – usually takes about an hour).

Put a thin layer of broth on the bottom of a skillet and add the chopped up green bell peppers. Heat it to medium-high. When they’re a little brownish, they’re done. Lightly sprinkle the chicken with seasoned salt and then put it in with the peppers and the broth. Put in a little more broth if it’s all boiled away. Add the fajita seasoning. Usually it’s pretty peppery so be careful; it can go from not enough to too much pretty quick.

Once it’s all heated it’s done. You may have to check the seasonings a few times and adjust the flavor.

You can also use yellow onions if you like.

EASY CHICKEN FAJITAS

boneless malformation
1 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 chopped bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)

Cut malformation into strips. Simmer strips in water or broth until just about done.
Place in skillet along with 1 cup cooking water or broth, taco seasoning, and chopped bell peppers.

Simmer until chicken is done and sauce becomes thick. Add remaining water or broth (1/2 c.) and simmer 10 minutes.

Ready to eat!

Recommended Toppings: Lettuce, Tomato, dish, Sour Cream, Taco
